WHAT I DID

Led the full B2B & B2C marketing launch end-to-end. Built brand strategy , managed press events and media briefings, established agency partnerships, and maintained full alignment with Accor and MGallery corporate brand standards across every channel.

THE RESULT

A premium hotel brand successfully established in the Wrocław market with a clear voice, loyal early audience and strong media presence from day one.

Designed and executed the regional cluster, Gen-Z-targeted communication strategy, aligning campaigns with commercial growth targets and tenant acquisition goals across both B2C and B2B. Delivered large-scale brand activations, managed marketing budgets, and built relationships with external partners and sponsors across multiple locations.

An international architectural practice operating across multiple UK studios and Poland — with complex, technical work that needed translating into compelling business narratives for a B2B audience.

WHAT I DID

Designed and executed the brand voice across UK and Poland. Translated complex architectural concepts into clear, business-focused stories. Managed social media, webinars, industry events, awards, trade shows and tactical 360 campaigns; (including 60-th anniversary campaign) building consistent brand presence across two markets and four studios.

THE RESULT

Increased brand awareness across UK and Polish markets, stronger positioning in key industry conversations, and a consistent premium brand voice across all channels and geographies.

VIA Outlets — Wrocław Fashion Outlet

CRM Marketing Coordinator · 2020–2022

THE CHALLENGE

A fashion outlet with a large but underperforming customer database. Engagement was inconsistent, repeat visit rates needed improving, and communication lacked personalisation.

WHAT I DID

Led the CRM communication strategy for the Fashion Club loyalty programme. Implemented advanced customer segmentation, automated communication journeys across email, mobile app and social channels, and used Power BI analytics to continuously optimise campaign performance and ROI.

THE RESULT

Significant growth in the loyalty database, measurably improved engagement rates and increased repeat visit frequency,  all delivered through smarter, data-driven communication rather than bigger budgets.

Barbican Arts Centre, London

Assistant Venue Manager · 2009–2016

THE CHALLENGE

A fundamental shift in how arts institutions operate. As government subsidy reduced from 100% to 50%, the Barbican needed to become commercially self-sustaining — requiring a complete transformation in how operations, events and customer experience were managed.

WHAT I DID

Led the commercial transformation of the customer experience function. Redesigned operations to balance cultural mission with commercial reality from staffing costs to event commercialisation. Managed a 150+ person team serving 6,000 daily visitors, and led cross-functional coordination across marketing, programming, technical and commercial teams.

THE RESULT

A customer experience operation that successfully transitioned from purely subsidised to commercially accountable ventue without compromising the world-class visitor experience the Barbican is known for.

THE CHALLENGE

A blank page. No brand, no audience, no infrastructure - just a vision to create a recognised platform connecting Polish artists with London audiences and opportunities.

WHAT I DID

Founded and scaled the organisation from concept to recognised brand. Designed the brand positioning and messaging framework, built engagement programmes for artists, partners and sponsors, and led a team responsible for PR, B2B & B2C campaigns, production and product launch from scratch.

THE RESULT

A multicultural organisation that successfully connected Polish artists with London building a recognised brand, a loyal community and lasting cultural and business partnerships. Scaled to sister orgenisation in West Midlands.
