My Story
I didn't start in marketing. I started in culture, customer experience & venue management.
For 7 years I ran operations at the Barbican Arts Centre in the City of London - one of Europe's most iconic cultural institutions, 6,000 people daily, 150+ person team. I learned how spaces come alive when the right people walk through the right doors at the right time. Immediate connection.
That insight never left me.
It became the foundation of everything I've done since; from launching a 5-star hotel in Wrocław, to building CRM ecosystems for fashion retail, to defining brand strategy for an international architectural practice across London and Poland.
Marketing, at its best, is matchmaking; a win-win story across three dimensions. Finding the perfect moment when what a business offers meets exactly what a person needs. That's what I do.

I don't run campaigns for the sake of running campaigns.
Every activation starts with a clear business question and ends with a measurable answer.

I'm a player-coach. I think at board level and execute at ground level. Still, I don mind delegating things If I find this approach benefits team's growth.
